This hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, just a short walk from the metro station. It is also close to attractions like the zoo and right across from the train station. The rooms are small but functional, with clean and comfortable amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. there are restaurants and a convenience store nearby for added convenience.
The only downside is the weak and unstable WiFi connection.

Helpful receptionist, provided map and called taxi. Stayed for 3 days, room size fine for solo traveler. Basic amenities provided, large bed, warm room temperature. The location was great, just a short walk away from Ueno train station and close to Ueno Park. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, with everything looking modern and well-maintained. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful, even taking care of a package that was delivered for me. The facilities were also convenient, with a post office nearby instead of just a convenience store. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Located in the center of a very busy area, it is conveniently situated between two metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, ensuring that all basic amenities are taken care of. The rooms, although cozy, are comfortable with ultra-slim pillows and soft mattresses, providing a restful night's sleep. The breakfast buffet offers a delightful mix of dishes, from traditional miso soup to freshly baked croissants.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory, nothing to improve.
